Q: How and when do I upload my images?
A: You can upload your images after you have added an item to your shopping cart. You can either drag and drop or click on the “select files” button. If your product requires multiple images (Set of three birch blocks) there will be an upload box for each individual item. If you can’t see the additional upload boxes please scroll down.
You can also upload images after payment or at a later date by logging into your account and clicking on My Account>Recent Orders.
Q: Tell me about delivery?
A: To assist us with a speedy delivery please ensure you supply us with the correct mobile number, email and address.
You will recieve a despatch email when your order is ready to be shipped and a separate email from our courier with your tracking number. Our standard Uk delivery service is provided by MyHermes. Your products are securely packaged in specially designed packaging boxes.
Standard Uk delivery is £3.95 plus £1 per item ordered. FREE delivery is available within Bournemouth and Poole and will be delivered by one of our local drivers. Delivery times maybe extended in peak seasons.
Q: How do I change my uploaded images?
A: To change the images you uploaded click on the “view” (eye symbol) to the right of the relevant order number from My Account > Recent Orders. You can then delete the files by clicking on the red cross.
Q: Do I need to resize or do anything to my images?
A: To get the best results it is best to resize your images to the product size you have chosen.
E.g. A 16×12″ canvas needs to be scaled to 16×12″ @ 300 dpi. This will enable the most accurate reproduction of your image, if you do not resize your image we will crop your picture appropriately. We will contact you if there is a major issue.
